Below is a list of Internet Service Providers who have willingly accepted to participate in this project. The IHMS server will continuously monitor their response times by using the ping utility. The response time is the time taken for a ping packet to go from the IHMS server to the ISP network and back. The results are stored on this server so that they can be viewed in graphical format. Please click on any ‘show graph’ link below to view statistics for that ISP. The logos are links to these ISPs home pages.

In order to provide you with further useful information, we are also monitoring a number of popular international Internet sites, such as Google and Yahoo. Their response times can also be viewed in graphical format from this page.

We have also provided you with a list of non-participating ISPs.
